GMi in Austin, TX is seeking an Estimator to prepare accurate, competitive construction cost estimates. You will review bid documents, perform quantity takeoffs, develop pricing from plans and specs, and ensure estimates meet company standards and client needs. You’ll support business development by building strong client relationships, solicit vendor pricing, and prepare clear proposals.
