VP of Operations & Scale for Impactful Housing

TPC Homes is seeking a Vice President of Operations in Los Angeles to build the operational backbone that scales impact while maintaining quality. You will create infrastructure, systems, and KPIs, and partner with the Executive Director on planning and growth.
