Senior Marketing Manager Immediate need for a talented Senior Marketing Manager. This is a 06+months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Mountain View, CA (Onsite). Key Responsibilities: Manage marketing programs focused on the mid-market segment to attract, engage, and convert high-value customers. Develop sales enablement materials, customer success stories, and compelling messaging to communicate product value. Create and execute marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and growth targets. Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive intelligence to identify opportunities and improve marketing effectiveness. Coordinate market research initiatives to understand customer behavior and evolving market needs. Manage relationships with external marketing vendors and agencies to support marketing initiatives. Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to align messaging and go-to-market strategies. Oversee marketing projects, ensuring milestones, deliverables, timelines, and budgets are met. Provide day-to-day guidance to team members and support the execution of marketing initiatives. Key Requirements and Technology Experience: Proven experience in product marketing, preferably within the fintech, financial services, lending, or related industries. Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights. Excellent communication, storytelling, messaging, and product positioning skills for diverse audiences. Experience conducting market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation. Demonstrated ability to collaborate with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams. Experience creating sales enablement content, customer case studies, and marketing collateral. Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM tools such as Marketo, HubSpot, or Salesforce. Understanding of mid-market customers, business growth strategies, and customer acquisition and retention. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field required. MBA or another advanced degree preferred but not required. Equivalent practical experience in product marketing or a related field will also be considered. Relevant certifications or coursework in product marketing, digital marketing, or market research are an advantage. Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and staying current with marketing trends and industry best practices.
