Tech - Echo/Ultrasound/Sonographer

Job Summary:

Provide diagnostic ultrasound imaging services to patients, assisting physicians in diagnosing and evaluating medical conditions. Ensure high-quality patient care and maintain accurate imaging records.

Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic ultrasound procedures with precision and adherence to physician orders.

• Prepare patients for examinations, explaining procedures and maintaining comfort.

• Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment, ensuring proper calibration and cleanliness.

• Collaborate with medical staff to interpret and communicate imaging results.

• Maintain detailed documentation of imaging procedures and patient information.

• Follow all safety protocols and infection control procedures.

Qualifications:

• Successful completion of an approved Ultrasound Tech or Sonographer program.

• ARDMS certification or equivalent credential required.

• Minimum of 1 year of healthcare imaging experience.

• Proven ability to operate ultrasound equipment and other diagnostic tools.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment.
