Minimum Qualifications:

• Current dental hygienist license in Indiana
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (as required)
• Strong understanding of dental hygiene procedures, patient screening, and medical history documentation
• CPR Certification

Preferred Experience:

• Open to both new graduates and those with extensive clinical experience
• Familiarity with Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanners, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems
• Willingness to continue learning and enhancing clinical skills to meet patient needs

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to perform essential duties as required by the office or supervising doctor, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Prolonged periods of sitting and standing
• Capability to lift and carry up to 45 pounds occasionally
• Availability for periodic virtual or in-person training sessions throughout the year

To ensure a safe and healthy environment for both team members and patients, a tuberculosis (TB) test is mandatory for all new hires in dental office roles. This standard requirement must be completed before starting employment, and arrangements will be made during the pre-employment process.
