Our organization, like each supported office, is tailored to the community and the patients we serve. With the assistance of a practice manager and a highly skilled on-site team, along with a vast network of experts nationwide, you will have access to all the resources and support our organization offers.

Minimum Qualifications

• Current dental hygienist license in Indiana and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (as required).
• Strong understanding of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, patient screening, and medical history documentation.
• CPR Certification.

Preferred Experience

• Open to new graduates as well as those with varying years of clinical experience.
• Familiarity with Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanners, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems.
• A desire to continue learning and enhancing clinical skills to meet patient needs and provide preventative care.
• Clinical requirements as needed by the office.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to perform essential duties as required by the office or supervising doctor, with or without reasonable accommodation. Accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities.
• Ability to sit and stand for extended periods.
• Must be capable of lifting and carrying up to 45 pounds occasionally.
• Willingness to attend virtual or in-person training sessions periodically throughout the year.
• As part of our commitment to a safe and healthy environment for both staff and patients, a tuberculosis (TB) test is mandatory for all new hires in dental office roles. This standard requirement must be completed before starting employment. The test will be arranged during the pre-employment process, with necessary guidance provided. This does not apply in Florida and Tennessee.
