Role Overview:
This role involves leading the design and architecture of Salesforce solutions, primarily focusing on Marketing Cloud, with secondary emphasis on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. The architect will drive the adoption of Salesforce AI capabilities, evaluate emerging technologies, define enterprise-wide architecture standards, and ensure data governance and security across platforms.

This role involves leading the design and architecture of Salesforce solutions, primarily focusing on Marketing Cloud, with secondary emphasis on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. The architect will drive the adoption of Salesforce AI capabilities, evaluate emerging technologies, define enterprise-wide architecture standards, and ensure data governance and security across platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and architecture of scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions across Marketing, Sales, and Service Clouds.
- Drive the adoption and implementation of Salesforce AI capabilities, including Einstein AI, Agentforce, predictive analytics, generative AI, and intelligent automation.
- Evaluate emerging Salesforce technologies, AI innovations, and industry trends to recommend continuous platform improvements.
- Define enterprise-wide Salesforce architecture standards, integration patterns, and best practices aligned with business objectives.
- Ensure robust data governance, security, compliance, and data quality standards across Salesforce platforms and integrated systems.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Salesforce architecture and solution designs.
- Design and implement complex Salesforce solutions involving custom development, APIs, middleware, and third-party integrations.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development, administration, and project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Primary expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, with relevant architect-level certifications.
- Strong experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI solutions and architectures.
- Ability to define system landscapes, identify gaps, and deliver comprehensive CRM solutions.
- Working knowledge of data migration and integration strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement technology-enabled business solutions in client-facing and team leadership roles.
- Experience in strategy and roadmap building for Salesforce features, functionalities, and future releases.
- 10+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture and solution design.
- Relevant architect-level certifications, particularly in Marketing Cloud.
- Basic working knowledge of Salesforce Experience Cloud (Community Cloud).
