Job Overview This role supports retail operations by engaging customers and facilitating their technology and service needs in a fast-paced environment. It involves building proficiency in customer service and sales to provide personalized device and service solutions. The role requires consistent use of digital tools to demonstrate network coverage and service benefits effectively. Success is measured by building customer relationships, completing training, and contributing to a seamless customer experience. Job Responsibilities Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet customer needs. Utilize digital tools consistently to demonstrate network coverage and service benefits during customer interactions. Complete required training to build knowledge of products, services, systems, and processes for effective customer support. Engage customers by exploring their needs and providing hands‑on demonstrations of technology and accessories. Perform other duties or projects as assigned by business management. Education & Work Experience High School Diploma or GED (Required) At least 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment (Preferred) Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Passionate customer advocate who enjoys connecting with customers in an authentic way (Required) Competitive drive and proven ability to succeed in a fast‑paced sales environment (Required) Effective at balancing customer needs with performance goals (Required) Basic Qualifications At least 18 years of age Legally authorized to work in the United States Travel & DOT Requirements Travel Required: No DOT Regulated Position: No Safety Sensitive Position: No Pay Hourly Base Pay: $21.50, plus $5.00 per hour training pay. During the first 90 days, Mobile Associates receive on‑the‑job training and are eligible for hourly training pay. After training, promotion to the Mobile Expert role provides an annualized incentive target of $18,000 per year, with actual incentives varying based on performance and full‑time status. All employees are guaranteed to earn $20 per hour inclusive of base pay and incentives. Every employee is eligible for an annual stock grant.
