We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented mixer/blender to join our manufacturing team. This position is responsible for preparing and mixing cosmetic products according to formulas, batch instructions, and company procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Weigh and measure raw materials accurately according to formulas.
- Mix and compound cosmetic products following batch instructions and GMP procedures.
- Operate mixing and compounding equipment safely.
- Complete and maintain accurate batch documentation.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and equipment.
- Follow all safety, quality, sanitation, and GMP requirements.
- Communicate any discrepancies or issues with formulas, materials, or batches.
- Lift and handle raw materials as required.
Qualifications:
- Previous compounding, batching, or manufacturing experience preferred.
- Comfortable using scales and performing basic calculations.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, or must be able to read, understand, and follow written instructions in English.
- Dependable and able to work effectively as part of a team.
