Travel RN - Telemetry - Progressive Care Unit

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Progressive Care/Stepdown Unit position requiring active RN license, BLS, ACLS, and at least 1 year of relevant experience.

Job Details

• Work in the Stepdown Intermediate Care Unit of a hospital setting,
• 13-week contract assignment,
• Night shift schedule from 18:45 to 07:15,
• 36 scheduled weekly hours,
• Every other weekend rotation required,
• Holiday coverage required per department need,

Job Requirements

• Active RN license (FL or compact) required,
• Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications required,
• NIH Stroke Scale certification required,
• Minimum 1 year of relevant nursing experience required,
• Current license and primary source verification (Nursys) within 30 days prior to start required,
• Must possess a US Social Security Number and provide a US home address,

Additional Information

• Provide skilled nursing care to stepdown/progressive care patients,
• Radius rule applies which may affect eligibility for travel pay rate depending on distance from facility,
• Only one submission allowed per candidate across all Ascension facilities system-wide,
• Candidates should discuss assignment extension with their manager approximately 45 days before the end date,
• COVID vaccination is not required for this position
