• Pediatric fellowship not required
• 100% outpatient 
• One site per day — no bouncing between locations
• Office-based anesthesia across pediatric dental offices 
• Strong clinical support

• Predictable daytime schedule
• No call, no weekends, or holidays!
• W2 or 1099 options
• Start early and finish early, with days often wrapping up by 1–2 PM
