Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, Go-To-Market

Job Description

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for all U.S.-based roles, spanning both Wix and Base44, our newly acquired AI app-building company, with a primary focus on Go-To-Market positions. You'll proactively source and hire top talent while partnering closely with hiring managers across various teams. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role that requires deep expertise in headhunting, interviewing, and a passion for creating exceptional candidate experiences. You're also comfortable using AI and automation to work smarter and more efficiently, without losing the personal touch that makes a great candidate experience.

 

In your day-to-day, you will:

• Own full-cycle recruiting for U.S.-based roles, including sourcing, screening, HR behavioral/assessment interviews, offer construction, negotiation, and onboarding 

• Proactively source and headhunt passive talent, as outbound outreach is the core of the role 

• Build true partnerships with hiring managers, representing their teams credibly to candidates 

• Advise hiring managers and candidates on compensation structures, including base, OTE, and variable pay 

• Bring AI, automation, tooling, and process efficiencies into the recruiting workflow while maintaining a high-touch candidate experience 

• Manage a fast-moving pipeline with the adaptability, scrappiness, and startup mindset.

• Recruit across Wix and Base44, adapting your approach to each brand's culture.

 

This is a hybrid position, and the team is expected to come to the office in NYC 3 days per week.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally with senior/strategic hiring exposure 

• Proven expertise in proactive sourcing and headhunting for passive talent 

• Experience acting as a true business partner to hiring managers, not just an intake-and-fill recruiter 

• Experience leveraging AI tools and automation to enhance recruiting efficiency while maintaining a human touch

• Strong offer negotiation and closing skills 

• Comfort running structured behavioral/assessment interviews as part of a broader interview process 

• A scrappy, hands-on mindset, comfortable managing everything from scheduling to onboarding 

• Experience recruiting for Go-To-Market roles and familiarity with compensation structures like OTE and variable pay – an advantage

The approximate base compensation is $130,000 - $150,000. In addition to base pay you will receive company RSUs as part of the compensation package.
