Responsibilities Be a Team Member : Maintains up-to-date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise; collaborates with cross-functional teams to educate associates; communicates effectively with the team; and is flexible to business needs. Be an Expert : Prepares food according to item specifications; plans future productions and mass productions; prepares for seasonality; adheres to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, inventory management; operates, maintains, and sanitizes equipment; demonstrates understanding of product and layout execution. Be a Techie : Leverages digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement; utilizes handheld technology for production, ordering, receiving club pickup orders, training, and product quality decisions; adapts to new tools and encourages others to use them. Be an Owner : Drives performance of the area; stocks and rotates merchandise; ensures quality and date-control standards; eliminates waste; provides member service, acknowledges members, determines member needs, and resolves member issues. Be a Talent Ambassador : Acts as a brand advocate; develops, influences and inspires others to work respectfully, supportively, and team‑oriented; understands roadblocks and assists in training them. Complies with company policies, procedures, and ethics; uses Open Door Policy; applies actions in business processes. Completes work assignments and priorities using policies, data and resources; collaborates with managers, co-workers, customers and partners; identifies priorities, deadlines; communicates progress; recommends improvement opportunities; learns from change. Minimum Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older. Will successfully complete all job required trainings and assessments within a prescribed time period. Preferred Qualifications Food Safety Certification. Food Service/ Food Handler Certification (Food Safety). Compensation The hourly wage range for this position is $19.00 to $27.00. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
