Join our gastroenterology team at a top-tier hospital in York, Pennsylvania. This locum tenens opportunity offers flexibility with one-week-per-month commitments and involves procedures and call duties. You'll be supported by onsite anesthesiology staff and primarily handle adult patients.

Job Responsibilities
- Perform gastroenterology procedures and manage patient calls
- Collaborate with support staff, including anesthesiology
- Provide consults, follow-ups, and manage a census of new consults ranging from 9-16 per day
- Work with a total census of 30-50 patients

Qualifications
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Gastroenterology
- Possession of a valid PA medical license
- DEA registration required
- Minimum of 1-year experience in a relevant role

Working Hours
- One week per month commitment
- 10-hour days from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Night call duties included

Skills
- Proficiency with EPIC EMR system
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Expertise in gastroenterology procedures (excluding ERCP and EUS)
- Ability to supervise APPs for consults and follow-ups
