Advertising Manager

Bringing advertiser programs to life, the full-time Advertising Manager will develop and execute advertising initiatives, build operational structures for sponsorships, and lead cross-functional coordination to enhance monetization opportunities in a hybrid work environment. Key responsibilities Own the development and execution of advertising programs, sponsorships, and custom advertiser opportunities Build the operational structure needed to scale sponsorship and partnership programs across various sports and products Manage core advertising operations through Google Ad Manager, including inventory planning and performance reporting Required qualifications 5 or more years of experience in digital advertising, preferably within a publisher or media company Hands-on experience with Google Ad Manager and knowledge of direct media and programmatic advertising Experience in building or scaling advertising programs and revenue-generating initiatives Proficiency in Excel for analyzing campaign and business data Ability to lead complex projects across commercial, product, and technology teams
