Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Trade Show Staff to represent our clients at trade shows, exhibitions, community events, and promotional campaigns throughout the San Antonio area. In this role, you will engage with attendees, introduce products and services, answer questions, and help create memorable experiences that strengthen brand awareness and customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Represent client brands professionally at trade shows and promotional events.
• Welcome and engage with event attendees.
• Present products, services, and promotional information with confidence.
• Assist with event setup, organization, and breakdown.
• Build positive relationships with potential customers.
• Distribute promotional materials and answer customer inquiries.
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude throughout events.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve campaign objectives.
• Provide feedback and event insights to management after each campaign.
