We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer II to support manufacturing operations, engineering projects, and cost-saving initiatives in a regulated medical device manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage engineering projects, project schedules, and capital initiatives.
- Support manufacturing process improvements, equipment troubleshooting, and production operations.
- Execute process and equipment validations (IQ/OQ/PQ).
- Track project budgets, forecast spending, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Develop technical specifications, SOPs, and controlled documentation.
- Collaborate with Quality, R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, and external suppliers to ensure regulatory compliance and manufacturing efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of experience or an advanced degree.
- Manufacturing engineering experience in a regulated environment; medical device experience preferred.
- Strong project management, problem-solving, and financial/business acumen.
- Familiarity with process validation, continuous improvement, and equipment qualification.
