This leader will oversee the café as well as support patient food service when needed. Great position for restaurant managers who desire a better work-life balance with friendly work hours. What You’ll Do Create and deliver innovative and enriching cafe experiences for patients, family and staff daily Deliver high quality food service Mentor, develop, and retain frontline staff Develop and maintain client and customer relationships Oversee cash handling processes, and POS programming and maintenance Ensure food and physical safety programs and standards are followed Maintain integrity of retail branded concept standards (national and in-house brands) Ensure all needed signage (including digital) is in place Manage vendor relationships and compliance Maintain all product merchandising, marketing and ordering standards are in place What We Offer Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate’s education level or years of relevant experience. What You Bring Have a background in food service or culinary management Proven ability to mentor, train, and coach frontline employees Can manage multiple priorities, demonstrate professional communication skills, and a passion for a high level of customer service Qualifications & Requirements Minimum Education Requirement – Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience. Minimum Management Experience – 2 years.
