Location: South San Francisco, CA Rate: $32-$34/hr on W2 (DOE) Job Duration: Long-term Contract (Possibility Of Extension) Company Benefits: Medical, Paid Sick Leave, 401 (k)Summary: The ideal candidate will have 5–10+ years of administrative experience, strong calendar-management skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience working with senior leaders in a fast-paced corporate, biotech, pharmaceutical, or life sciences environment.Responsibilities include:Manage complex calendars and scheduling for senior leaders.Coordinate meetings, team events, conferences, and onsite/offsite activities.Arrange domestic/international travel and conference attendance.Process invoices, payments, and expense reports.Manage communications and follow up on administrative activities.Maintain tracking tools, databases, and departmental records.Support projects and resolve administrative issues independently.Requirements:5–10+ years of administrative experience.Experience supporting senior-level leaders preferred.Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Google Workspace experience preferred.If interested, please share your updated resume at View email address on click.appcast.io / View email address on click.appcast.io.
