Responsibilities

• Client Engagement: Initiate and maintain strong relationships with commercial and industrial clients, understanding their unique water treatment needs.
• Consultative Selling: Use a customer-focused approach to understand specific customer requirements and offer tailored water treatment solutions.
• Site Visits: Conduct on-site assessments to evaluate the current water treatment systems and propose enhancements or new installations.
• Market Analysis: Stay informed about the latest industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new sales opportunities.
• Proposal Development: Prepare detailed proposals and presentations that articulate the benefits of Culligan's services and products to potential clients.
• Continuous Support: Offer ongoing support to clients, ensuring the successful implementation and management of their selected water treatment solutions.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, environmental science, or a related field preferred.
• Experience: Proven experience in sales, preferably within the water treatment or related industry.
• Technical Knowledge: Understanding of water treatment systems, processes, and solutions is advantageous.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer Focused: Demonstrated ability to meet customer needs and build long-lasting relationships.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to assess client needs and recommend suitable water treatment solutions.
• Self-Motivated: Capacity to work independently and manage time effectively in a hybrid setup. Culligan offers a consistent flow of sales leads and the successful candidate will know how to mix the provided leads with the ability and desire to find new opportunities independently as well.
• Team Spirit: Collaborative nature and ability to work well within a team.
• Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM tools and sales software is a plus.
