Join a fast-growing, acquisition-focused organization seeking a Senior Accountant - Consolidations to support global consolidations, intercompany accounting, and month-end close activities across a complex multi-entity environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys solving accounting challenges, working with senior leadership, and gaining exposure to global operations and acquisitions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare consolidated financial statements, including Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow Statement, and Equity reporting.
• Manage intercompany accounting activities, including eliminations, reconciliations, allocations, and invoicing.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
• Work closely with finance teams across domestic and international entities to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Assist with audit support, lender reporting, and private equity reporting requirements.
• Contribute to acquisition integration activities and evolving consolidation processes.
• Participate in special projects and process improvements as the company continues to grow.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 5+ years of accounting experience with exposure to consolidations and intercompany accounting.
• Experience working in a multi-entity environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to investigate issues and connect the dots.
• Experience preparing consolidated financial statements.
• ERP experience with Deltek experience is a plus.
• CPA or CPA-track preferred.

Pay Details: $100,000.00 to $115,000.00 per year
