Invoke Staffing is hiring an Entry-Level Project Engineer on behalf of a well-established commercial builder in Durham, NC. This is the perfect opportunity for a 2025 Construction Management or Civil Engineering graduate ready to learn, grow, and make an impact from day one. What You’ll Do: As a Project Engineer, you’ll play a key support role on active job sites and in the office, working alongside experienced project managers, superintendents, and subcontractors. Your work will touch every phase of construction—from preconstruction to closeout. Responsibilities include:

• ️ssist with RFIs, submittals, and change orders
• ️upport procurement and schedule tracking
• ️aintain project documentation and reports
• ️elp coordinate subcontractors and vendors
• ️articipate in job site walks and quality checks
• ️ollaborate with the project team to ensure timelines and budgets are met
• b>What We’re Looking For:
