Sierra Peaks is hiring a Top tier prospector with proven success in cultivating new accounts in contract manufacturing and industrial sales.

Must be drug free, a US citizen, located onsite in Albuquerque, full time. Salary.

What You’ll Do for Sierra Peaks Corp.:

• Accountable for lead generation (through hundreds of cold calls a month, many emails, a handful of conferences, etc.)
• Book and execute discovery meetings with customers for requirements gathering and scoping.
• Establish scopes of work and support in proposal/quote creation (collaborating with pricing and operations teams).
• Build and maintain a growing CRM pipeline and sales forecast
• Meet sales KPIs, including metrics for call volume, email volume, discovery meetings booked, proposals submitted, pipeline size, use of CRM, etc.

What We’re Looking For in a salesperson :

• B2B and/or B2G experience in contract manufacturing or industrial sales.
• Desire to aggressively prospect and build a large sales pipeline.
• Experience and enthusiasm in collaborating with pricing and operations teams to win profitable business.
• Ability to understand and communicate technical drawings, tolerances, and manufacturing processes (engineering not required, but must be technically fluent)
• Top tier prospector with proven success in cultivating new accounts
• Excellent communication and negotiation, and skills
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• CRM experience (Pipedrive, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)

Travel Requirements

• Travel to customer sites, trade shows, and industry events (20-40%)

Compensation + Benefits

• Base Salary: $45,000 - $60,000

Role Overview

We're hiring an ambitious outside salesperson to drive growth across all our divisions by opening new accounts and expanding our presence in high-value markets such as military, DoD, National Labs, maritime/ship repair, aerospace & defense, general contracting, medical devices, energy, and industrial manufacturing. This role is ideal for a hunter who thrives on prospecting, discovering customer needs, and building long-term partnerships.

The ideal candidate is a dynamic salesperson excited about prospecting/cold calls at high volumes, deal qualification and discovery, managing a pipeline, and closing deals.

This salesperson will work closely with the CEO and the broader sales team.
