This role is ideal for experienced field leaders who thrive in fast-paced, high-profile construction environments and are passionate about developing teams, driving productivity, and delivering exceptional results.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and direct all field personnel assigned to electrical construction projectsManage day-to-day field operationsCoordinate manpower, production schedules, materials, tooling, and equipmentEnsure compliance with NEC requirements, project specifications, and company standardsDrive project safety performance and enforce company safety policiesConduct field planning, scheduling, reporting, and daily coordination meetingsSupport project productivity, quality control, and budget goalsCoordinate with Project Managers, subcontractors, vendors, and customersMentor foremen, electricians, and field leadership teamsSupport fabrication and prefabrication opportunities to improve efficiencyMaintain accurate project documentation, reports, and field communicationPreferred Experience & Qualifications6+ years of electrical construction experiencePrior Superintendent or Foreman leadership experience preferredStrong experience in: Commercial Electrical Construction, Industrial Electrical Construction, Distribution CentersStrong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC)OSHA 30 CertificationCPR and First Aid training preferredStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to manage fast-paced, complex construction projectsExperience coordinating large field teams and multiple tradesProficient with construction technology, documentation, and reporting systemsTravel & Relocation OpportunitiesAce Electric is currently hiring for:Dedicated Travel TeamsRegional/Local teams in North CarolinaRelocation assistance may be available for qualified candidates.Compensation & BenefitsAce Electric offers competitive compensation based on experience, leadership responsibilities, and project scope.
