Cases/Procedures:
Fillings, Crowns, Bridges, Full & Partial Dentures, Root Canals, Simple and Surgical extractions, Invisalign, Hygiene Checks, Implant Placement and Implant Restoration.
Wave One Rotary system and Invisalign experience is preferred but not required.
Providers can refer out complex cases as needed. Patient education and bedside manner is equally as important as the procedures the provider is performing.

Additional notes: Good communication, open, positive and flexible - doctor would be helping with hygiene checks, restorative, and ortho checks. Doctor would be solo doctor during this coverage

Board Certification: Not required for Dentists
State license required: Yes
DEA: Not required but preferred
Certifications preferred: Invisalign Certification, Nitrous Oxide Certification (if required in the state)
Certifications required: BLS
Credentialing Timeframe & requirements: New TB Test
