Restaurant Kitchen Manager
Looking for a strong self-starting Restaurant Kitchen Manager to join our team! Our goal is to deliver great scratch kitchen fare, great guest experiences, build great relationships, and offer a chance to grow with us.
Restaurant Kitchen Manager Responsibilities Include:
- Train, coach, and direct team - strive for excellence
- Build respectful relationships with every member of the kitchen team while holding them accountable - integrity is essential
- Manage high standards while paying attention to every detail
- Focus with the team on creating unforgettable guest experiences every time
- Keep operations running smoothly in a very high-volume environment
- Tightly manage portion sizes, recipe adherence, prep list completion, and waste controls
Restaurant Kitchen Manager Qualifications Include:
- 2 plus years of experience in a like role
- Knowledge of COGs management and financials
- Hospitality gene and Servant Leader mentality
