Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a healthcare or long-term care setting preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Assists residents and families with adjustment to the facility.
- Advocates for residents' rights and dignity; facilitates communication between residents, families, and staff.
