Описание Основной проект — система управления талантами на базе Websoft HCM (WebTutor), охватывающая обучение, оценку и 360, ИПР, карьерные треки, адаптацию и KPI. Аудитория системы составляет около 100 000 сотрудников. Также есть карьерный сайт с платформой обучения TechBase и модулями для соискателей. Задачи Развивать существующие и запускать новые веб-системы Формировать ТЗ и проектный план Координировать команды веб- и мобильной разработки Работать с внутренними заказчиками Контролировать сроки, бюджет и реализацию Управлять проектной и программной документацией Участвовать в переговорах и принятии проектных решений Вести проекты от предпроектного анализа до выхода в промышленную эксплуатацию Требования Опыт управления проектами и командами в веб- и мобильной разработке от 5 лет Опыт работы руководителем проектов от 4 лет Техническое образование или подтверждённый IT-бэкграунд Понимание Agile, Scrum и классических подходов к управлению проектами Знание стандартов описания бизнес-процессов и спецификаций Будет плюсом опыт Product Manager, знание HR-процессов, WebTutor или LMS, Power BI, Tableau или других BI-систем, опыт разработки, понимание веб- и мобильных технологий, UI/UX, Figma, английский Intermediate Условия Удалённая работа строго из РФ. #J-18808-Ljbffr HireHi
