Location: Denver CO
This is primarily an SAP Fieldglass Functional Consultant role with HR and contingent workforce management responsibilities.
Required Skills:
- Configuration in Fieldglass
- Data load in Fieldglass
- Integrating Fieldglass to SuccessFactors and S/4

Additional Comments:
- Newmont is using Fieldglass for managing the Contractors across the globe. Key countries are US, Canada, Australia, PNG, Ghana, Mexico
Supports the implementation of the SAP HR module. Module skills might include personnel administration, recruitment, organizational management, personnel development, health and safety, and training & events. Does not specialize exclusively on payroll, time management, compensation management. This specialty uses business knowledge, and packaged solution expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into the client's business environment in order to achieve client expected business results. This specialty includes implementation planning, fit analysis, configuration, testing, rollout and post-implementation support. Consultant resolves configuration and functional business issues across the various HR modules.
