Retail Part-Time Sales Lead, Fabletics (Galleria at Roseville - Roseville, CA)

Part‑Time Sales Lead – Westfield Galleria at Roseville Fabletics is currently looking for a Part‑Time Sales Lead for our upcoming store at Westfield Galleria at Roseville in Roseville, CA. The role involves delivering an exceptional, best‑in‑class customer experience while supporting both Sales and Operations. Responsibilities Leverage cutting‑edge technology to create a seamless shopping journey between online and retail stores. Collaborate with the Store Manager, dedicated leaders, and the team of associates to exceed KPIs and propel the business to new heights. Actively engage customers on product knowledge, fabrics, features, fit, and function of our products. Drive customer engagement inside and outside the store through events, promotions, and community projects. Provide training and immediate feedback based on the Customer Experience Playbook and performance expectations. Co‑ordinate with the Store Manager to inspire associates to meet or exceed individual and team performance goals. Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager to improve overall customer experience. Maintain store‑merchandising guidelines to make the store easy to shop and add value to the customer’s purchase journey. Participate in continuous improvement of the business by providing feedback to the Store Manager. Strive for excellence in performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality standards. Serve as a resource for product knowledge to customers and team members. Maintain personal sales and meet sales goals. Adhere to safety and security standards, identify and communicate potential issues. Unpack inventory boxes as required (10–30lb). Qualifications Minimum 1 year of retail experience; prior retail management preferred. Knowledge and familiarity with active‑lifestyle choices such as yoga, cycling/spin, Pilates, weight training, running, nutrition, and other healthy activities. Strong interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment. Ability to socially interact with customers, employees, and business partners inside and outside the store. Ability to work within large teams and handle ambiguity with initiative. Familiar with retail inventory and POS systems. Self‑motivated, good communicator with the ability to motivate others. Strong multitasking, prioritization, and ability to work under pressure. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and a flexible schedule; willingness to work onsite. Must be 18 years of age or older. Physical ability to move, talk, hear, reach, grab, stand for at least two consecutive hours; occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders.
