As Medical Guardian grows, we are looking for the best and brightest to join our mission-driven organization within an extraordinary company culture.For this role:The Warehouse Supervisor will oversee all warehouse activities in the Medical Guardian fulfillment center. This person will ensure efficient processes, maximize warehouse performance and foster a culture of trust, growth and accountability within the team. The fulfillment team sits at the intersection of sales, marketing, e-commerce and IT and works collaboratively with other associates in the warehouse to deliver a world class customer experience. As the leader of the fulfillment team, you are passionate about results, providing our customers with a great delivery experience, delivering feedback and challenging the status quo. You are dependable, have excellent organization and time management skills and are an effective leader.Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (40 hours/week)Key Duties and Responsibilities:Supervise and assign daily tasks to warehouse teamManage, evaluate, and report on warehouse performanceMaintain a clean facility, including working and storage areasTrack and coordinate receipt, storage and delivery of goods and materialsCheck orders, items received, inventory and deliveries for accuracyPerform quality checks daily on all internal departmentsEnsure proper safety procedures are being followed when operating machineryCommunicate and escalate problems to minimize warehouse impact and ensure timely resolution
