What You'll Do Perform MIG welding on production parts, including baskets and A-frames Read blueprints and weld symbols to ensure accurate fabrication Set up and operate MIG welding equipment safely and efficiently Use tape measures and other measuring tools to verify part dimensions Grind and finish welded parts to meet quality standards Meet daily production goals while maintaining excellent weld quality Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area What We're Looking For At least 6 months of MIG welding experience Ability to read blueprints and weld symbols Experience in a manufacturing or production welding environment Basic measuring and math skills Experience with grinding and basic fabrication tasks Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to pass a horizontal MIG welding test and written assessment Bonus Qualifications Production welding experience Experience working with baskets, A-frames, or similar fabricated products Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship Willingness to learn and grow within the company Why Join Our Team?
