Guidewire Lead Developer

Role Description
The Guidewire Lead Developer will be responsible for the following:
- Design, develop, and maintain Guidewire business rules, workflows, integrations, and data model customisations
- Create, modify, and maintain SmartCOMM templates and related configurations for document generation
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver solutions aligned with P&C insurance requirements
Qualifications
- Strong experience with Guidewire InsuranceSuite (PolicyCenter and/or ClaimCenter)
- Hands-on Guidewire application development experience
- Expertise in Guidewire business rules, workflows, integrations, data model, and configuration
- Working knowledge of SmartCOMM for document generation and correspondence management
- Ability to create, modify, and maintain SmartCOMM templates
- Strong understanding of Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance domain
Requirements
- Experience with both PolicyCenter and ClaimCenter
