Technical Support Analyst

Duties Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals Respond to user inquiries and provide timely feedback, and resolution of IT-related problems Collaborate with team members to identify and implement solutions to improve system performance and reliability Assist in the administration of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and Office365 Document and maintain accurate records of IT support activities. Skills Proficient in Windows operating systems (Windows 10/11, Basic Windows Server AD Administrator Strong knowledge of computer hardware components and troubleshooting techniques Hands‑on experience with desktop applications and hardware solutions Experience with network operations and concepts Experience with Azure Active Directory Admin Portals Experience with video conference solutions such as: Zoom and Teams Experience with file sharing solutions such as: ShareFile, Box and One Drive Basic Experience with VMware Understanding Of Endpoint and Network Security Experience with support and patching tools such as Managed Engine /Ninja, etc. Requirements Associate’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, Bachelor’s preferred 3 plus years’ experience in Information Technology. Customer service skills to provide high levels of empathy, patience, and active listening. Understand user frustration and provide calm, patient, and personalized support. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to articulate troubleshooting steps clearly and manage client expectations. Strong critical‑thinking skills combined with a genuine passion for helping people. We are seeking a highly motivated individual with excellent problem‑solving skills to join our IT support team.
