HVAC Project Manager

Project Manager – HVACOur client, a growing non union design-build firm, is looking for an experienced Project Manager with 3-5 years of experience in HVAC estimating and project management. This role involves overseeing mechanical and process piping projects from start to finish, ensuring efficiency, quality, and client satisfaction. In this role you will work closely with general contracting teams on exciting and diverse jobs while leading directly to the growth of this group.Key Responsibilities:Manage all aspects of HVAC projects, including estimating, scheduling, budgeting, quality control, and reporting.Collaborate with clients to determine project requirements and assist in developing working drawings.Prepare and submit project proposals, addressing cost, design, and scope details.Oversee field operations, ensuring smooth coordination among teams.Track project costs, manage RFIs, change orders, and submittals.Handle project closeout and warranty concerns as neededQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.3-5 years of experience in HVAC project management, preferably with design/build projects.Strong communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.Experience in negotiation and conflict resolution.Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.This position offers competitive compensation including salary ranging from $90k to $110k, comprehensive benefits (health/dental/vision), bonuses, ESOP program, and opportunities for professional growth.
