What You'll Do

• Provide advanced neonatal care in a Level III NICU with 10 beds
• Manage and support care for high-acuity, critically ill newborns
• Support the daily coverage of a 20-bed newborn nursery
• Collaborate with neonatologists and multidisciplinary teams
• Conduct comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning
• Support newborns from admission through stabilization and discharge
• Contribute to delivering patient-centered, high-quality neonatal care
• Work in a state-of-the-art, newly renovated hospital environment
• Participate in scheduled shifts that maximize your work-life balance

What You Need

Required:

• Valid Georgia RN license and Neonatal Nurse Practitioner certification
• Minimum 2 years of neonatal care experience (preferred)
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Preferred:

• Experience in a Level III NICU setting
• BLS, NRP certifications
