Foster a positive, accountable, and team-oriented culture that reflects the company's values. Coach, mentor, and provide ongoing feedback to support employee growth and performance. Conduct performance evaluations and create development plans for future leaders. Lead daily pre-shift meetings that inspire, educate, and prepare the team for success. Guest Experience Lead the dining room with a visible, hands‑on management style focused on hospitality. Build meaningful relationships with guests while anticipating and exceeding expectations. Resolve guest concerns with professionalism, empathy, and urgency. Ensure every guest consistently receives an exceptional dining experience. Operations Excellence Oversee daily restaurant operations while maintaining exceptional service, cleanliness, and food quality standards. Ensure compliance with all company policies, food safety regulations, and health department requirements. Manage labor, scheduling, inventory, ordering, and operational efficiencies. Maintain a safe, organized, and well‑maintained restaurant environment. Drive sales growth while managing labor, food, and operating costs. Analyze financial reports, identify trends, and implement strategies to improve profitability. Monitor restaurant performance through key operational and financial metrics. Protect company assets through accurate cash handling and inventory controls. Partner with culinary and operations leadership to execute company initiatives. Identify opportunities to improve guest satisfaction, team engagement, and operational efficiency. Champion a culture of continuous learning, accountability, and hospitality excellence. Your Qualifications: Three or more years of progressive restaurant management experience is required Minimum education level of a completed Associate’s Degree Must have reliable transportation Able to use touch-sensitive POS System – Toast experience a plus Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 25 pounds. Ability to work in varying temperatures, including exposure to kitchen heat.
