Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to company policies, food safety guidelines, and sanitation standards to maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment. Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent required. Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and car insurance coverage for travel to training sessions, corporate meetings, and other off-site activities. Previous experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles in a fast-paced environment. Experience with recruitment, hiring, and team development is a plus. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
