Location: Port St. Lucie, FL United States Position Type: Full-time Website: Job Purpose The EQUIPMENT OPERATOR is responsible for assembling, inspecting, testing, packaging, and documenting medical devices in accordance with company procedures, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. This position supports daily production goals while maintaining compliance with FDA regulations, ISO standards, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Duties Include Assemble medical devices and components according to work instructions and specifications Operate manufacturing equipment, tools, and machinery safely and efficiently Perform visual inspections and quality checks on products and materials Complete production documentation accurately and in a timely manner Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and safety guidelines Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including cleanroom protocols if applicable Identify and report product defects, equipment issues, or process deviations to supervisors Package and label finished products according to company and customer requirements Meet daily production schedules and productivity goals Participate in training programs and continuous improvement initiatives Support compliance with FDA, ISO 13485, and company quality standards Experience and Skills High School Diploma or equivalent required Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred Ability to follow written instructions and procedures Medical device, pharmaceutical, or regulated industry experience is a plus Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and quality Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Vanguard 401(k) with company match up to 4% Disability insurance Paid time off Company holidays (9) Physical Demands and Work Environment Ability to stand /sit for extended periods of time Frequent use of hands and tools for assembly tasks Ability to bend, reach, squat to reach parts on a bottom rack, and perform repetitive motions Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as applicable Scope and changes The job description is not intended to cover every single requirement of the job and that the company reserves the right to change job duties at any time. #J-18808-Ljbffr
