Lakeside Orthopedic Institute is seeking an experienced, dependable, and patient-focused Medical Assistant to join our orthopedic team in Lake Havasu City. As part of Lakeside Health, our team works alongside orthopedic surgeons and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality specialty care to patients throughout the community and surrounding region.

Position Responsibilities

• Room patients and obtain vital signs and medical histories
• Prepare patients for examinations, procedures, and injections
• Assist physicians and providers during clinic
• Update and maintain accurate patient information in the electronic medical record
• Review and document medications and allergies
• Prepare exam rooms and maintain appropriate clinical supplies
• Assist with patient education and follow-up instructions
• Coordinate imaging, therapy, referrals, and other provider orders as needed
• Respond to patient messages and assist with clinical follow-up
• Maintain a professional, organized, and efficient clinic environment
• Work collaboratively with providers, front-office staff, and other Lakeside Health departments

Previous Medical Assistant experience is preferred. Orthopedic or specialty-practice experience is a plus.
