Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This opportunity is ideal for a Clinical Home Infusion Pharmacist with a strong background in IV pharmacy. The role involves working closely with a dynamic team to provide expert clinical services in a home infusion setting. This position is a 3 to 6-month contract to hire, offering a pathway to permanent employment.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
• Every third weekend on call

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum of 1 year of recent IV pharmacist experience
• Current and clear Arkansas pharmacist license
• Clean background check and drug screen
• Strong clinical skills, including the ability to read and interpret lab results
• Flexibility to assist in various clinical areas as needed

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify IV medication orders with precision and attention to detail
• Prepare and mix IV medications in a sterile clean room environment when required
• Perform other clinical pharmacy duties supporting patient care and medication management
