Customer Service Representative ($20 PH starting)

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Troubleshoot internet, video and voice service issues for customers by applying new knowledge and resources
• Uncover customer needs and provide tailored solutions to resolve concerns efficiently
• Create memorable customer experiences by delivering professional and courteous support on every call
• Represent Spectrum as a trusted expert by clearly explaining products and services
• Manage multiple customer interactions with confidence and resourcefulness
• Navigate feedback and challenging situations while maintaining a positive attitude
• Collaborate with a supportive team to ensure seamless service around the clock

Working Conditions

• Operate in a 24/7 call center environment with various shift options
• Be prepared to work nights, weekends and holidays as scheduled

• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English, multi-tasking,

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum one year of call center or equivalent experience
• Customer service/technical support experience
• Call Center Experience; Cable operations and/or telecommunications experience
