Work Location: Onsite to Start | Hybrid Opportunity Available After Training

Permanent Part-Time Schedule:

• Mondays & Tuesdays Only

• 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Paid Training:

• Onsite for 8-12 Weeks

• Training Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

What You'll Do

As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you'll serve as the first point of contact for patients and customers by:

Handling high-volume inbound and outbound calls

Scheduling medication deliveries and processing payments

Providing prescription status updates and refill information

Verifying insurance information and assisting with billing inquiries

Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records

Addressing patient questions and transferring clinical concerns to pharmacists or nurses

Routing calls to appropriate departments for prompt resolution

Identifying and reporting adverse events and product complaints to support patient safety

Delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

At least 1 year of heavy call center experience

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Strong computer and documentation skills

Professional, dependable, and patient-focused attitude

Schedule Overview

Training (8-12 weeks):

• Onsite

• Monday through Friday

• 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM

After Training:

• Permanent Part-Time Schedule

• Mondays & Tuesdays

• 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

• Potential for Hybrid Work Arrangement

Pay Details: $20.40 per hour
