The Dishwasher/Food Prep role is essential for maintaining cleanliness and smooth operations in the kitchen. You will support food preparation, ensure sanitation standards, assist with inventory, and help keep the kitchen stocked and orderly. Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, this position offers entry-level individuals a chance to develop skills and grow within the food service industry, with opportunities for advancement.
Responsibilities
- Wash dishes and kitchen utensils efficiently
- Prepare food items as directed
- Maintain sanitation and cleanliness in all kitchen areas
- Assist with inventory management and stock supplies
- Clean kitchen floors and work surfaces
- Restock supplies to ensure smooth kitchen operations
Preferred Qualifications
- Entry-level experience in food service
- Knowledge of food safety practices
- Physical stamina to perform demanding tasks
- Strong communication skills
