Sales Representative - Orthopaedic Instruments - Philadelphia, PA

Stryker seeks an Orthopaedic Instruments Sales Representative for a field-based role in the Philadelphia region. The position involves selling medical devices and surgical products, managing territory growth, building clinical relationships, and executing product launches in hospital and surgical settings.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute territory sales plans to meet and exceed quota
- Build relationships with surgeons, OR staff, supply chain, and hospital administrators
- Conduct product demonstrations and trials in clinical and operating room environments
- Lead product launches, conversions, and implementations with clinical teams
- Deliver training and in-services to clinical staff on product usage
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or 5+ years outside sales and territory management experience
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel within assigned territory
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and 20 pounds frequently
- 2+ years medical device or healthcare sales experience preferred
- Proven quota attainment and revenue growth track record preferred
Compensation: Commission-based with eligibility for bonuses and benefits
