Description
The City of West Fargo Public Works Department is seeking seasonal laborers for the May through September 2026 season.

Summer hours (May through early September) consist of four 10-hour shifts per week , typically 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday .

Start and end dates may be flexible to accommodate scheduling needs.

Note: This posting will close once all positions have been filled, which may occur before the listed closing date.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Right of Way Mowing

Applicants must be at least 16 years old .

Hours available: May through early September.

Duties include mowing and trimming , with occasional assistance in landscaping, fertilizing, planting, and watering .

Experience operating zero-turn mowers is preferred.

Wage: $17.00-$18.00 per hour

Minimum Qualifications

Qualified applicants must have a valid driver's license, be able to perform light to heavy physical labor with the ability to lift and carry 50 pounds.
There are no benefits offered with this position.
