LPN / RN Pediatric Home Health Nurse

Overview Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is looking for Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN/LVN) in Lehighton, PA and surrounding areas. Angels of Care nurses provide direct, one-on-one medical care and make a difference in the lives of their patients and families. We are seeking RN and LPN/LVN to work full-time and part-time shifts (days, nights, and weekends available). Responsibilities Focus on the medical needs and treatment of infants, children, and/or adolescents primarily in their home according to the active plan of care as directed by the physician and other appropriate personnel. Conduct ongoing patient care and assessments. Administration of prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies. Coordinate care. Educate family members on patient clinical care to enhance positive outcomes. Implement preventative initiatives to protect quality of care for patients.
