We are hiring for Roofing & Construction Sales in the TriCities and Surrounding Markets.

This is a field-based, commission-driven role for someone who can generate business, inspect roofs, meet with homeowners, and close deals.

You will work residential roofing opportunities in TriCities and surrounding retail and storm-driven territories as needed.

This role is best for someone who is comfortable in the field, works with urgency, and knows how to create opportunity through canvassing, referrals, and self-generated activity. Company Leads are available, but are icing on the cake. We do not need order takers.

Roofing sales experience is strongly preferred, but experienced closers from hospitality, car sales, solar, pest control, alarms, exterior restoration, or similar direct sales industries are encouraged to apply.

 

What you’ll do:

• Generate business through canvassing, referrals, prospecting, and local market activity
• Perform residential roof inspections
• Meet with homeowners and guide them through the sales process
• Manage deals from inspection to signed agreement
• Maintain follow-up and communication throughout the process
• Work active storm and high-opportunity markets when needed

 

What we’re looking for:

• Strong sales and communication skills
• Comfortable generating your own business
• Comfortable working in the field
• Open to travel based on storm activity and opportunity
• Must have reliable transportation
• Roofing sales experience huge plus - but NOT required
• Direct sales experience in solar, pest control, alarms, or similar industries is a plus
• BI LINGUAL is a HUGE plus - so much opportunity - so little time.

Compensation: This is a commission-based role with uncapped earning potential. Experienced producers in this role typically earn between $75,000 to $250,000+ per year, depending on production, close rate, and ability to create and convert opportunity.
