Territory Account Executive (Mandarin), Strategic Cuisines - Portland, OR

Bilingual Mandarin position. Overview Toast is building the restaurant platform that helps restaurants adapt, take control, and get back to what they do best: building the businesses they love. The Strategic Cuisines Account Executive supports new business acquisition efforts within Asian cuisines. You will convert inbound demand and uncover new demand via referrals, deliver a catered experience to customers in markets with language barriers, and achieve goals based on the quality of experiences and converting demand into new customers. Daily activities include calls, emails, product demonstrations, reviewing quotes, and sending contracts in the preferred language. Responsibilities Follow up on marketing qualified leads in the market you support Conduct discovery calls & product demonstrations in your customer’s preferred language Create and review quotes and contracts in your customer’s preferred language Ensure onboarding team and customer are set up for success post sale Understand competitive landscape in your market to position Toast Requirements Fluency in both oral and written English and Mandarin Prior sales experience preferred Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment Entrepreneurial and feedback‑driven mindset Nice to Haves Restaurant operations experience Experience using Salesforce to track sales activities Sandler sales training Benefits & Compensation We strive to provide competitive compensation and benefits programs that help to attract, retain, and motivate the best and brightest people in our industry. The estimated Total Targeted Cash compensation range for this role is $128,000—$205,000 USD. We offer a flexible hybrid work model that fosters in‑person collaboration while valuing individual needs.
