Associate Director, Real World Value and Evidence - Hematology

Associate Director role focused on generating and disseminating real-world evidence and outcomes research for hematology products at Johnson & Johnson. The position combines technical expertise with strategic thinking to support market access, payer value propositions, and healthcare provider education within the Oncology division.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and lead design, execution, and publication of real-world evidence studies and outcomes research for assigned hematology therapeutic areas
• Create economic models for assigned products and develop research and publication plans aligned with the Integrated Evidence Generation Plan
• Develop deep understanding of US payer needs and integrate insights into payer communication materials
• Manage research projects, budgets, and compliance reporting from concept development through publication and field material integration
• Collaborate with internal and external experts to generate robust scientific evidence and support market access strategic plans

Requirements

• Master's degree in health economics, outcomes research, pharmacoepidemiology, health services research, or related field; PhD preferred
• Minimum 5+ years pharma or healthcare industry experience in health economics, epidemiology, or real-world evidence generation
• Strong foundation in outcomes research, epidemiology, biostatistics, or economic modeling
• Experience executing projects from concept through publication and field material implementation
• Strong communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences
• Project management experience with ability to drive solutions with agility and efficiency
• Experience working in matrix team environments
